Father-son duo connected with global brands and celebrated landmark meeting with Shark Tank's Daymond John.
LAS VEGAS — Kick Brickz® co-founders Jimmy and Colby Greene attended the Licensing Expo 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on May 19th, connecting with leading brands, licensors, and industry leaders to explore partnership opportunities and drive innovation in consumer products.
During the Expo, Jimmy Greene had the chance to meet Shark Tank's Daymond John, founder of FUBU. He introduced himself, handed over a Kick Brickz® shoe kit sample, and mentioned his interest in creating a custom FUBU-themed kit down the line.
Jimmy Greene brought decades of experience in commercial real estate to the table and successfully navigated the toy and entertainment industry with the same strategic mindset that built his career. "In commercial real estate, you learn the power of relationships and timing," Jimmy shared. "We applied those same principles at the Expo to break into the toy industry and establish Kick Brickz® as a household name."
The Licensing Expo 2026 represented a major milestone for the brand, following successful showings at ASD Market Week, Pack Expo, and NBA All-Star Weekend earlier in the year. The father-son team successfully built momentum toward making Kick Brickz® a recognized player in the global toy market.
