30-Day Comfort Guarantee
Try your Kick Brickz kit for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right through product support, replacement components, an exchange, or a refund when appropriate. Returned products must include the original kit components and packaging. Shipping charges may not be refundable.
90-Day Defective Piece Replacement
Kick Brickz products are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the original purchase date. If a brick, tile, connector, or other included component arrives damaged, does not connect properly, or fails during normal use because of a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement component at no additional product cost. Proof of purchase and a photograph of the affected component may be required so we can identify the issue and improve future products.

Kick Brickz products are intentionally removable and customizable. As with other small shoe accessories and building pieces, components may become lost during play, sports, travel, or everyday activity. Lost pieces are not considered manufacturing defects, but replacement tiles, bricks, and accessory packs are available for purchase so you do not have to replace the entire kit. Visit our Replacement Brickz section or contact us for help identifying the pieces you need.
What Is Covered
Covers manufacturing defects affecting normal use:
- Components that arrive broken or damaged
- Pieces that do not connect properly when installed as directed
- Cracking, separation, or structural failure caused by a manufacturing defect
- Missing components in a new, unopened kit
What Is Not Covered
- Lost or misplaced pieces
- Normal wear, scratches, fading, or cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by improper installation or removal
- Damage caused by chewing, cutting, crushing, excessive force, or misuse
- Damage caused during contact sports, rough play, or unusual impact
- Modifications made to the product
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
- Products without reasonable proof of purchase
Wearing Your Kick Brickz
For the most secure fit:
- Make sure all pieces are pressed together completely before wearing.
- Confirm that the base components are properly attached to the shoelaces.
- Check your Kick Brickz before and after active play.
- Remove loose accessories before competitive sports, running, or activities involving significant contact.
- Keep all small pieces away from children below the recommended age shown on the packaging.

- A description of the issue
- A photograph of the affected piece, when available
- The shipping address for an approved replacement
