Kick Brickz® Returns to Pack Expo, Researching Equipment to Seal and Ship Large Customer Orders
Las Vegas, Nevada — For the second year in a row, Kick Brickz® co-founder Jimmy Greene attended Pack Expo in Las Vegas, meeting with packaging equipment vendors to research the best way to package and seal large orders for customers.

PACK EXPO International — the largest packaging and processing show in North America.
Following his 2025 visit — which resulted in a retail packaging partnership with Eagle Packaging — Jimmy Greene returned to Pack Expo in 2026 with a different mission. This year's focus was on the back end of the operation: how Kick Brickz® packages, seals, and ships bulk and large-format customer orders as the brand scales into corporate programs, school fundraising, and wholesale accounts.
"Last year we went to figure out how the product looks on a shelf," said Jimmy Greene. "This year we went to figure out how we get a hundred of them out the door at a time. That's a completely different problem — and there are people at that show who have solved it a hundred times over."
Jimmy spent the trip meeting with vendors of heat sealing equipment, bagging systems, and semi-automated packaging lines, comparing throughput capabilities, footprint requirements, and cost structures for a young company still building toward volume.

"The most useful thing I learned is that you don't have to buy the machine on day one. You can rent heat sealing equipment for smaller runs. That changes the math for us completely — we can seal large orders professionally right now, without sinking capital into a production line before the volume justifies it."
— Jimmy Greene, Co-Founder, Kick Brickz®
That insight — that packaging heat sealing equipment can be rented for smaller order volumes — gives Kick Brickz® a path to deliver bulk and corporate orders with a professional, retail-quality finish, while keeping overhead low until customer demand justifies an in-house line. It also opens the door to scaling order fulfillment without sacrificing the quality of the unboxing experience.
The trip reflects the practical, incremental approach that has defined the brand: solve the next real problem in front of you, learn from people who have already solved it, and only spend when the numbers make sense. For a father-and-son company moving from handmade kits to wholesale accounts, that discipline matters more than ever.

Pack Expo is produced by PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and draws tens of thousands of attendees and thousands of exhibitors from around the world. It remains the premier global event for packaging design, materials, equipment, and supply chain innovation.
